You will enter into a mandate with the local agent, while we formalise a collaboration agreement with them, guaranteeing equitable fee distribution and incentivisation for any Advisor or Ambassador who introduces a successful buyer. Prior to commencing our marketing efforts, we recommend up to date valuations of the property to be conducted in conjunction with the local agent and supplementary valuations to ascertain an appropriate market price.
