You will enter into a mandate with the local agent, while we formalise a collaboration agreement with them, guaranteeing equitable fee distribution and incentivisation for any Advisor or Ambassador who introduces a successful buyer. Our commitment to transparency aligns with your best interests and bespoke requirements.

Given the broad reach of social media and the complexities of lead tracking, this controlled approach to fee distribution is particularly pertinent.

Prior to commencing our marketing efforts, we recommend up to date valuations of the property to be conducted in conjunction with the local agent and supplementary valuations to ascertain an appropriate market price.
