Anthony Calder is a Prime and Super Prime residential advisor specialising in Central and West London, bringing over 15 years of experience and record-breaking performance to DDRE Global.

Having lived across Belgravia, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, and Richmond, Anthony brings a personal understanding of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods.

Anthony began his real estate career at 25 with a simple ambition in mind – to be a leading trustworthy advisor in the market. Fifteen years and over 1,000 letting transactions later, his vision hasn’t changed.

After a decade building his expertise across some of London’s most sought-after postcodes, he spent ten years at Savills, where he progressed from negotiator to Director within eight years, faster than the traditional trajectory, earning each promotion through consistent outperformance.

As Residential Lettings Director at Savills Brook Green & Shepherds Bush, he built and led the highest-volume lettings team in West London. His leadership delivered sustained growth and multiple record-breaking years. In 2022 alone, he grew office revenue by 20% year-on-year, restored profit margins to 25%, and secured the largest letting ever achieved in W12 at £14,500 pcm. He went on to break billings records again in 2024 and 2025.

Earlier in his career, Anthony broke individual billings records in Fulham and led Bishops Park to its best-ever year in 2018 - a record that still stands today. Competitive, strategic and composed under pressure, Anthony is motivated by delivering results, particularly ahead of the market.
