Beatrice Knight

Beatrice has always had a passion for real estate, and early in her career she realised that real estate was more than selling houses, but rather selling a lifestyle and fostering long-term ongoing relationships with her clients. Born and raised in the Ascot area, Beatrice is well equipped to assist in property and lifestyle management in both Berkshire and Surrey – with connections at restaurants, schools, members clubs, hotels and concierge companies. Her eye for detail, going above and beyond for her clients and her vast black book of contacts makes her an indispensable contact for her clients.

Starting her real estate career in Residential Sales with Knight Frank covering Ascot, Virginia Water and the surrounding areas, Beatrice obtained an excellent foundation. After three years, she moved to an award-winning interior and architectural design studio, Alexander James Interiors, as their Head of Client Services & Sales. Within a year, she was promoted to director, overseeing sales and client services for both private and corporate clients across the UK, Europe, and Dubai. Commercially minded, articulate, and relationship driven, Beatrice is a trusted partner for her clients, making the process not only exciting, but immensely rewarding.

In her free time, Beatrice enjoys working out at the gym, taking her two Cocker Spaniels for outdoor adventures, watching polo at the Guards Polo Club, attending classic car shows, and spending quality time with her friends and family. Beatrice has set a goal to start playing golf by the end of 2024 and is currently on a mission to try every afternoon tea at London hotels and beyond. Beatrice volunteers for a charity very near and dear to her heart, Alexander Devine, a child’s hospice based in Berkshire, who she has helped in raising over £70k for their researching body and hospice care for her nephew.
