Jade Leyens is a driven, passionate and future-focused prime central London residential and hotel real estate advisor with a passion for building relationships and helping clients navigate key moments in their lives. Jade is client centric, known for her values, professionalism and knowledge.

She achieved a First Class Honours degree in Real Estate BSc from Nottingham Trent University and was nominated for the National Women in Property Student Awards in 2019, a recognition of her commitment to excellence in the field, and relentless dedication and tenacity. Jade spent the last five years at Knight Frank, and subsequent to being on their Graduate Scheme, she also became a Chartered Surveyor MRICS and has valued homes in prime central London ranging from £1m to £60m, whilst also enfranchising leases before transitioning into high value residential sales and advisory in prime central London, notably specialising in West London.

Jade’s approach is dynamic, meticulous and forward-thinking, shaped by her deep appreciation for art, architecture, design and culture - Elements that influence how homes are experienced at the highest levels. She specialises in working with discerning ultra-high net worth clients seeking not just properties, but tailored lifestyle solutions, guided by trust, integrity and discretion.
