Josie Mowatt

Josie joins Rasa’s team at DDRE Global as Executive Assistant and Advisor. She brings a strong foundation in residential sales, having discreetly managed transactions with over nine years of experience in the London property market.

Originally from Dorset, Josie built her career in London, starting at a respected independent agency covering South West and West London, before moving to Savills. Most recently, she took a career break to renovate and extend her first home in West London, gaining first-hand experience in project management and design.

Josie’s passion lies in the detail, whether curating a beautiful home, managing a complex deal, or ensuring clients feel fully supported throughout a transaction. She combines creativity with commercial insight and thrives in environments where trust, transparency, and high standards are non-negotiable.

Outside of work, Josie enjoys long coastal walks with her family Labradors, visiting flower markets, and perfecting her lemon drizzle cake and cookie recipes. Now working alongside Rasa, known for her strong client relationships and standout presence in the super-prime market, Josie looks forward to adding value at every stage of the property journey.
