Orly Lehmann

Celebrating her 14-year milestone in the property industry the same week she commenced her role at DDRE Global, Orly stands as a testament to dedication and expertise in real estate. Renowned for her strong local network and North-West London specialisation, Orly has lived and worked in Hampstead Garden Suburb, Belsize Park, and Hampstead area throughout her career. Orly is a ‘people-person’, where the relationships that she builds with her clients is at the heard of everything she does. Orly’s relentless worth ethic is driven by this passion.

Starting her career at Foxtons, where she worked for six years, Orly became the highest billing negotiator for two years. Her success led her to joining Knight Frank as the Head of Sales for Belsize Park and Primrose Hill. There, Orly was promoted to partner in less than a year and earned various accolades for her inspirational leadership and clear strategic vision.

In November 2018, Orly was awarded the ‘Rising Star’ award from the London Magazine. More recently, she was honored with the Norwood Agent of the Year award for her dedication, client relationships, and inspirational role for women and mothers in real estate.

Balancing a successful career and motherhood, Orly returned from maternity leave amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This experience has fueled her advocacy for working women and mothers in the industry. As a mother to a 4-year-old and a passionate supporter of women in real estate, she understands the challenges of juggling professional aspirations and family life. In her spare time, she enjoys walks on Hampstead Heath and participating in 1Rebel gym classes.
