Joining as New Homes Associate, he acts as the key liaison for London developments and supporting the strategic growth of our new homes division.
With close to a decade in real estate, Foysul brings strong experience across London’s competitive new homes market. He will play a central role in managing developer relationships, coordinating sales strategy, and ensuring seamless communication between developments and advisory teams. His approach is structured, relationship-driven and growth-focused, prioritising trust, clarity and long-term partnerships.
What excites me most is the opportunity to help build something from the ground up. Having spent the last seven years working within a large corporate organisation, joining DDRE Global allows me to bring that experience into a more entrepreneurial environment where we can shape the strategy and approach ourselves.
For me, it comes down to three things: location, design, and amenities.
Firstly, location is fundamental. The most successful developments are those that sit within strong, well established neighbourhoods or areas that are genuinely evolving.
Secondly, design is crucial. Great architecture and thoughtful interior design make a huge difference - not just visually, but in how the homes function day to day. The best developments feel considered, with layouts, materials, and details that stand the test of time.
And finally, amenities play an increasingly important role. From concierge services to wellness spaces and shared environments, the right amenities can really elevate the living experience and create a sense of community within a development.
Real estate is a relationship driven business, especially in the prime & super prime market. Clients may only transact occasionally, but they always remember how they were treated and whether they felt they received honest advice.
For me, it always comes back to trust. Property decisions are often some of the biggest financial and personal decisions people make, so clients need to feel they’re getting honest advice from someone who genuinely has their best interests at heart. I’ve always believed that being transparent, consistent, and doing what you say you’re going to do is what builds that trust over time.

I like the combination of the beachfront location and the design of the building. The residences have floor to ceiling glass which gives you incredible views across the Gulf and the Dubai skyline, so the apartments feel really open and connected to the surroundings.
It also has some great amenities - things like a private beach, vitality pool, private cinema and wellness facilities, alongside concierge services, which really adds to the lifestyle of living there.
The weather is also an added bonus!
